PRODUCT CARE

As a natural living material leather ages and develops its own unique patina over time. Extremes of temperature and humidity should be avoided, as should prolonged exposure to intense light sources. Do not use over the counter leather care products or processes. If your goods become damaged, please get in touch with us so that our makers can examine and repair them if possible.

BESPOKE ORDER

We are happy to discuss bespoke or personalised products with our clients. Please send your specifications for a personalised Hawthorn bag or knitwear garment via e-mail. We will respond within 1 month with a quote and schedule a follow up appointment with our client services team. From there we can customise and confirm your order and provide an estimated timeline for delivery.
